I am an Assistant Professor (Lecturer) at the University of Liverpool, Management School.

I received my PhD from the Toulouse School of Economics.

I work in the field of digitization and its intersection with human resources, organizatonal behavior, and organizational economics.

I study empirically incentive structures and information transmission both online and offline.
